1. Agreement
By accessing or using any product or service offered by Dead Reckoning Labs, Inc. ("DRL", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
DRL builds and operates software products for endurance athletes and event organizations. Our services may change, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Accounts
Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and branding associated with DRL products are owned by Dead Reckoning Labs, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
DRL provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
